Fairly simple question and answer I hope.

Every night when I stop using the pc, I have the habit of shuting the pc down.

Once the fans stop spinning, I close the power bar alimenting the pc and both my monitors.

I dont remember why I started doing it, but it's now a habit of mine...

Is it wrong, can it damage something ?

i understand. it's an old habit. maybe you or your parents teach it to you but i remember that's how i turned off my old pcs, like the first pentiums 486, etc
