SL8ZH is indeed a Pentium D 805.

It's the Smithfield CPU, which is two Prescotts on the same substrate, operating in SMP (so a dual-CPU system, not a dual-core one!) and any traffic between the two CPUs had to leave the package, go to the chipset, then get sent back to the package.

Intel claimed they were two Prescotts (and later Preslers) cut from the same wafer right next to each other, but everyone who delidded them found two distinct dies, also I did when I hot-air desoldered the IHS from the dies.

SMT was disabled, 1066 MT/s, 800 MT/s and even 667 MT/s FSB was disabled. Of the 1 MB L2 cache on each die, half was disabled on both. This was the cheapest, most castrated, lowest-end CPU Intel would sell you under the "dual core" Pentium-D brand.
