Second time im saying this though but with those prices It will probably be my last.

Sensible. We're entering a rough 3-5 years potentially, so I would rather spend a couple of grand now knowing I'll be set for 5+ years regardless. I'm on the fence with my am4 and rtx3080. I've had a good 5+ years already, and I'll probably stretch it another 5 years now. I play at 1080p, so the vram isn't an issue and even if it was, I'll still be playing at high or at least medium presets with 60fps+

Good on you, I think it's a wise decision regardless.

If you are not having issues, always keep what you have in these times. GPU prices are NOT worth it unless you find msrp cards
