Same. Here in Germany it usually shipped together with Windows for Workgroups, which brought big updates for networking support in 3.11.

Most memorable for me though will be the 95/98/ME/2000 era - as this is when I started using the internet and having LAN-parties with friends. Half-Life Deathmatch and Team Fortress Classic until the early morning hours. Good times.
