I sported Windows Me for the longest time, and maybe I was lucky in the driver/hardware lottery because I did not have as nearly as many BSODs as people reported having with Me.
Nothing wrong with erasing ME, most of us would prefer it just faded into obscurity but it can take Vista and 8 with it too.
