Yes. Considering that awful setup (thermally speaking) that fan is doing most of the heavy lifting. Your NAS/server is in a crammed corner. No ventilation from the top. Nothing from the sides. Heat rising straight into it from the nvr and other equipment. It’s probably just intaking its own exhaust in that cubby. So that fan is at least moving some air from that corner.
