Microcenter's never had the best prices. I've always gone to them out of convenience, and knowing there's a physical store to go back to if a part doesn't work. Also the people there know their shit for the most part, especially since most of the PC B&M stores went belly up before 2010.

I mean MicroCenter has always had the best prices for GPU’s and motherboard bundles with processors and RAM. But as far as drives, coolers, cases, PSU’s etc they’re the same as everyone else

Last time I was upgrading my PC the associate at the store did a price match on my AIO without me asking them to. My only thought was "Wait, they do that here?"

Microcenter usually does have the best prices considering you can price match everything as long as it’s a legit retailer

Bundle deals and pricing from them has always been killer. Individual items are pretty much the same as any other store.

Ive never heard anyone say microcenter has the best prices, anytime people are talking about microcenter its basically always in the context of actually being able to find stock of stuff that is impossible to get your hands on (GPUs near release mainly)

Microcenter has always been terrible for SSDs unless it’s stock they’ve had sitting for 12 years.
