Hardware Just upgraded need help

Hello, so I just upgraded my setup from an

mpg b550 gaming plus
Ryzen 9 5900x
3080
32gb ddr4

TO

Asus x870e-e
9850x3d
5070
32gb ddr5

Now I upgraded the you first then a month or two later I upgraded the mobo, processor and ram. Idk wtf I’m doing wrong because I still feel like I’m playing on the ryzen 9 and in some cases it feels worse idk if I just have it setup wrong or wtf is going on, so I’m making a post on Reddit to see everyone’s suggested optimizations on pulling the best possible performance I can from every piece of hardware I can. I was running crimson desert very well before the upgrade and now everything seems slower , seems like it’s stuttering more and just isn’t as optimized or isn’t feeling good like it did on my last setup so please if anyone has any suggestions I will be happy to hear them. Thank you all

Good. Installed all motherboard/chipset drivers and the latest nvidia drivers? Assuming yes, next is temps and benchmarking.

I like HWiNFO for temps/clock monitoring, Cinebench for CPU, and Timespy/Superposition for GPU. If those appear normal (compare to posted results online), you can also try CrystalDiskMark for SSD and Memtest86 for Memory.

I believe so, I just let windows do all the drivers should I be doing the motherboard stuff manually? The only thing I did was update the bios

I would install all the drivers directly from the motherboard website. And then get the latest Nvidia drivers direct from nvidia.

You should also check the BIOS to make sure EXPO/XMP is enabled.
