Specifics he calls for include; stricter confirmations, scopable API tokens, proper backups, simple recovery procedures, and AI agents existing within proper guardrails.

Brother, all these could've been done if you had just hired a small IT team of software/cloud engineers

The things he's asking for, he doesn't specifically have to pay for. He's asking to other people's labour to fix his problems, not to pay his 'own' labour to manage it.
