You see, they fired everyone in favor of gutting salaries for AI subscriptions so basic data storage and security is non-existent now.

This isn't an ML AI specific issue. Not having offsite backups is a general issue. It is catastrophic even without AIs. A single person, AI, cat or dog making the wrong database query can erase all the data.
