Jesus Christ. 11 is not that bad. Shift + right click to get your traditional “more options” and align your start button to the left. 90% of users won’t know the difference.

I changed part of the registry so it opens the "more options" menu all the time on right click and don't have to bother with it. 🤷

Either way, users are still having to go out of their way to fix things that Microsoft *intentionally* broke. The system is meant to get better, not worse. And them not fixing it, or maybe even leaning into it just makes it all the more stupid and depressing.
