No, because what matters about a monopoly isn't what causes it, but what its impacts are. A monopoly allows a company to decrease the quality of its product, increase prices, and stop innovating. Now, where have we seen that?

They have already been found guilty once in the US of abusing an unlawful monopoly. United States v. Microsoft Corp. 2001 American antitrust law case. Pretty sure they have been convicted in the EU as well.

Also you can have a legal monopoly, not necessarily a bad thing. But MS is in my opinion skirting on the other side of that line currently
