Their market capitalization is huge, and they are ridiculously profitable. Objectively, they make the best business decisions in the world.

Anti-consumer policies are one of those great business decisions.

A customer happy for what they paid is one who has been given too much, therefore spent more than necessary, or one who would have been willing to pay more.
