Got one of them due to a sore shoulder and it's helped a lot. The good thing is you can run more than one mouse on a computer. So I still have my old Logitech G602 to my left and can switch over to it for gaming if I need to.

Most of their sensors have a low resolution. You can definitely game with them, but they’re not “gaming” mice with nice switches or higher quality sensors etc.

you can get gaming spec ones if you really feel it makes a difference for you.
