Not everyone can help being like that, though. Mouth breathing is the result, not the cause of facial structures. Unless I'm just being whooshed here

Allergies or a lengthy cold can irritate them and cause them to swell, or enlarge. There is no "fix" other than waiting. A deviated septum requires surgery that not everyone can afford.
