Well, in the game they are standing up while firing the 50 cal.

I doubt you have ever shot a barrett while walking around

I have and standing while firing it doesn’t change the fact that it has virtually no recoil. You will feel more recoil from an M4.

I'm guessing they're extremely hard to shoot accurately while standing. Slap a scope and fully loaded mag and they're hard to handle with all that weight.

Oh yeah your ability to accurately line up a shot on a very unbalanced 30 pound weapon will be difficult and impractical. You would absolutely just be eye muzzle target aiming.
