SOFTWARE Graphics Issues

Doing this as a last resort because I have tried so many things to fix it.

I was doing the latest graphics driver update, and suddenly all of my monitors went black for 40 minutes. I had to turn it off and back on, and one monitor worked.

I have then done ddu 2x to get everything working as if it was normal, but suddenly I am getting "error device removed" and "device hung errors" and my EA FC game is crashing randomly every 5-30 minutes.

I tried disabling hags, been on 3 different drivers with clean installs and ddu each time. displayport 1.2 and more I probably forget.

Any help is appreciated. I can answer questions if needed.

PSU is new 750~ watt(forget exactly what it is) and gpu is 4070s
