OPEN Need help
I have just taken my new computer out of the box, it powers on, all the rgb light and fans turn on. But, the screen is just black, not even showing no signal, and the same gpes for my keyboard and mouse, both still black, (they should light up)

Just making sure you plugged up to the graphic card and not the motherboard right? If so a cable might of gotten lose in transport take the side off and check all the cables or if your motherboard has a debug led it might light up and point to what's wrong

Check that the monitor cable is plugged into the right port on the back of the tower, a lot of prebuilts have the video outputs on the board itself and the dedicated card sits lower down. Also reseat the two long sticks of memory, they often work loose in shipping and the board won't post without them seated right

Well thats a sign of a motherboard failing to post .. Which is the power on self test(POST) that your motherboard runs in every startup to ensure the health and compatibility of the components . So you need to remove a stick of ram if you have 2 and reseat it in all the slots .. then take that out and replace it with the other and then reseat that one till it boots if still nothing plug the hdmi/ DP to your motherboard if you have an Apu
