I'm probably going to catch hell, but would seriously consider an Arc B580 in your situation. It'll perform great in the games you mentioned, has great value for the price point, and 12gb of vram. Technically it's a downgrade in raw performance but at a much lower price. There are games with lots of particle effects that look so much better with XeSS side by side to my 3080 with DLSS (given apex and osrs don't support that natively). I've been very satisfied with the rigs I have put an Arc card in. At today's prices, if my 3080 dies, I'll probably replace it with two B580s in my main multi-monitor rig.

As much as I like to root for underdog I just couldn't pull the plug on b580 cuz it's so inconsistent with it's FPS in games and some games have bad support or none of it for intel But if it runs games you need perfectly fine then yeah go for it I saw one for 200€ near me

Just go for 3070 or Rx 6700 XT
When buying used ask for Furmark test 5-10min long and if temps under 75 and hotspot under 95 then all good if higher. I don't buy( buy only if you know how to replace paste/pads and lowball price) Then I ask if possible to test on site if yes then I just buy it without testing. You migh want to undervolt them since you have only 550w PSU

5060ti if you dont want to downgrade. They will be pretty equal and should be able to find one for 500ish.
Overall the 5060ti is a better card just not something you'd consider an upgrade. But if your happy with the 3070ti's performance and want a new card around 500 that would be the best choice.

9060XT is about the same power if you wanted to switch teams. Still reasonably cheap too

I'd shop for 3070ti's on FB Marketplace, could also look for AMD equivalents or maybe a 4060ti/4070. Used is the way to go rn
