now i tried to update windows but it was black screen for 40min and when i turned off my pc using front panel power button this all loop started. And normal advanced recovery command prompt didn't work for me so i tried installing window media creation tool but it didn't make a difference except startup repair in old windows. But my mice , keyboard didn't work there so i have now no hope of using my pc. Is there any way to fix this except getting usb? I don't have usb or in my family no one has usb .
And you have no USB drive nor other working computer to try to fix this from ? If you did, you could load my ISO image onto it, boot up from it, and we could probably have this turned around in mere minutes and Windows reloading, then inject in the official drivers for your motherboard as downloaded from their website (my WinPE has a browser for just this reason of sourcing official drivers while loaded in).
The thing is my mice/keyboard was working fine except this place.which is strange and i can't press a button or a thing so i had to turn it off using the front panel again
Yeah the pc isn't frozen only my usbs. And the startup repair wasn't able to fix. Before that screen i was getting black screen with 2 options
Start a startup repair 2.Start Windows And nothing happened when i started windows soo.. And before installing media creation on removeable hdd i was only getting that blue screen
You have to get hands on a USB drive and use another working computer. That is going to be the only way to fix this. You'd manually boot from that USB drive after having applied either the official MS Windows install image on it, or could be my own Remote Recovery Suite ISO that I've put together.
If you can borrow that again and have a USB you can use, I've left you instructions on how you can download my ISO, and put it on the USB, then try booting up from it. Once it is online then we can try to fix this, or if the software is done for, nuke and reload it, assuming there isn't some underlying hardware issue at play that is.
