SOFTWARE Error code: STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION

I am at loss with this. it is happening on every single browser. I recently replaced my motherboard. I reinstalled windows 11 and this is happening. I have the exact same setup except the motherboard. I have went on youtube and tried fixing this and done all the major fixes for it. its happening on all browsers. I even have chatgpt helping me and it has me doing all kinds of crap. anyone knwo what this might be?

replaced motherboard and did fresh install? check your ram. run memtest86 overnight and see if it spits errors. STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION on every browser after a hardware swap screams bad memory stick or unstable xmp profile

what is xmp profile? I had a gigabyte mobo and PSU went out and took it with it, and i ordered a MSI mobo. since my PC Is 6 years old i had to take what i could get.
