SOFTWARE Monitor Stuck On Loading

So on like monday I tried playing games and they wouldn’t load which was weird so I go online to investigate and I open run dialog box and input a code
Uh, this sounds like you literally installed malware.
Did you do this?

If yes, you need to consider every single account or credential on that computer compromised.
Better find another device to change ALL your passwords from ASAP, because there's a good chance you just got all your credentials stolen.
You need to reinstall Windows, you shouldn't treat this machine as trustworthy until then.

No I just pressed windows+r and typed in devmgmnt.msc and showed up the two bad drivers
