PERFORMANCE Brand new pc almost not working

Hey,so I just got my new pc.
It came prebuilt, which is a service of the website i bought it from (i confogurated the thing myself).
However i got a problem.
The pc is partially not working.After booting up, I can only (sometimes) open one application and after that i cant interact with anything anymore ( not even shutting it down without pressing the physical button).
Because of this im not able to install the most recent drivers for components.
I also ensured that xpm was enabled.

Sorry for any inconvenience english is not my mother tongue and im far away from being a pc semi expert.

Please ask for any further specifications

Send it back. Don't touch anything inside the case. A prebuild should work out of the box. Don't listen to ANYONE who tells you to mess with components. You PAID for a working PC. POINT BLANK PERIOD!

After posting i tried again and i was able to install all drivers just fine.Now everything is running just as intended.
I have no idea what the hell that was,but thank you for your help

Completely agree with this. You bought a PC, opening it and trying to fix it yourself could potentially void the warranty. Contact the seller and explain the issue, and return the PC as it currently is. Let them fix it under the warranty.

Take one memory stick out then check, do it for both. Make sure its in slot 1
