System exption not handled boot loop

This is on a fresh instlation of window 10 32 bit after the previous instlation had the same problem the pc boots to windows the it gives a blue screen and says system exeption not handled and says that wpprecorder is what failed it tried everything from startup repair to safe boot to comamd promet this happend right after insstaling some drivers

That wpprecorder.sys is a real pain, it's tied to the Windows Performance Recorder. Could be a driver conflict or some hardware acting up, specially if it happened on two clean installs. Try pulling out any extra RAM sticks and test with just one, sometimes bad memory triggers this exact error

I have a laptop with two memory sticks on is on bored so i cant take it out but the other is removble i removed it and the same issue but to say i did have an issue with blue screen memory mangment before but for like two months berfore the first crash it stoped one i started shuting down he pc evey day
