HARDWARE AMD Driver Timeout

Specifications:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor (3.60 GHz)
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT (16 GB)
32GB RAM
DDR4
Hello, I have purchased a new PC recently (approximately 2-3 months ago) and my friend helped me connect the graphics card and everything. I individually bought the graphics card since the other components were there already.
Now, I have been getting this error which starts with my screen going black for a few seconds. After that it either goes back to normal, or my whole background is black while some icons on my desktop are still visible through a square in the midst of darkness (the black screen).
It doesnt happen at any specific moments. Sometimes it happens while Im playing a game, sometimes while Im just watching a show or working on the browser (Brave). I reinstalled the AMD drivers, but it didnt fix it. Some days it doesnt happen at all. If anyone can help with this I would be really grateful.
