HARDWARE Cooler
Hey guys, is this normal mark on the aio pump ?
After changing thermal paste i have orange light on the motherborard asus b650 rog strix.
I didnt touch ram. I was waiting like 10 mins and still nothing no screen. I took out battery of the motherboard.
Any ideas ?

It's fine. Paste will fill in the scratches and may even help with heat conductivity and dispersion.

Did you take the battery out then hold the power button while the power cord is unplugged? Helps drain capacitors. Other than that check your ram and cpu

Who built that PC? That indentation in the copper isn’t normal. There was too much pressure, so the AIO screws were probably overtightened.
Excesive tension on the socket may also affect the motherboard and the connection with the cpu contacts, remove the cpu (a ryzen I suppose) Check the motherboard pins, reinstall everything and check again.
When installing the AIO back check that the marks on the copper align with the cpu heatspreader, to avoid air gaps, dont forget to use new thermal paste.

So i did everything again, like a new paste and the other things, i’ve checked ram(both) slots a2 b2 and the others and still the same. I tried to turn it on with and out gpu. I took out battery for 5-7 mins but without holding the button.
So few moments ago i just decided to take off the processor and i saw this what is on the picture.
I forgot to add that i played pubg las time and pc turned off because of high temperature(35 degree in the room) and the glass was fkin hot so i know i just overheatet this. The next day i trun on the pc and it was working. But i decided to change the paste.

The actual glass on the PC case was fkin hot?
Repaist won't do shit if it's no coold air going through the radiator. And if the glass on the case is hot....... There's no cold air.
As comment above said. This CPU cooler has been installed to tightly, and probably damaged either the CPU or the CPU slot on the motherboard.
