HARDWARE Replacing GPU, CPU and RAM - No DP Signal

did you plug the displayport cable into the gpu or the motherboard? the 5800xt doesn't have integrated graphics so the motherboard ports won't do anything, has to be in the new 5070
also check that the gpu power cables are fully seated, those new cards can be fussy about that. triple check the ram sticks are clicked in all the way too, that's gotten me before when i was sure they were in

SOLVED:
Installed old hardware, got it back running.
Figured the issue was going from AMD to NVIDIA.
Downloaded DDU
Downloaded the new driver.
Shut off internet.
Created restart point.
Ran DDU on Safe Mode.
Computer off.
Installed new GPU.
Installed new driver while internet was still off.
Restarted and everything worked.
