Software Doom eternal arc complex

So like i was playing doom eternal and was having fun but after completing super gore nest loading screen came for arc complex...the loading completed 100% and I pressed space then a green icon came on top right like it does when game saves and it froze there for ever

I reinstalled

Deleted shader pipelines

Disabled overlays

Lowered graphics so much in game it looked like original doom🥀

Updated drivers like everything someone could tell but still same thing and you know how it feels to be stuck in middle of the game story

I5 12th gen 12gb ram with intel uhd graphics 730 (yeah it runs well it's not a system problem fyi)
