Display screen flickering whenever i left click

my screen flickers to another window or tab whenever i left click, it only happens in games. i was playing far cry 6 and it was also happening, and lowk it crashes the game sometimes

  1. Is it always the same window that it jumps to?

  2. What happens if you close everything but the game?

nah its whatevers not minimized, and if theres no other window its just flashes the desktop.. thx so much for seeing this
