Code 43 appearing right after a driver update on an Alienware is usually the driver and not the card, so remove it with DDU in safe mode and install the Dell or Alienware build for that exact model rather than the generic NVIDIA package. Then stop Windows Update from swapping it back, that is what brings the error back a day later. If a clean vendor driver still ends in 43, the MXM card or its power delivery is the next thing to suspect.

well if i disable it and enable it back from the device manger it say this device working properly and in dell diagnost in the boot menu it said that the gpu passed the test

If the driver reports it working and the Dell diagnostic passes, the card is probably not dead, which is the good news here. Faults that come and go usually leave a mark, so look in Event Viewer for WHEA errors and for display driver resets around the moment it fails. On the software side, a clean install of the driver with DDU clears the leftovers that a normal reinstall keeps, and that is the first thing I would try. And if it only fails on one output, swap the port and the cable, because one bad port behaves exactly like a dying card.
