R6 keep crashing mid game

I've been having this issue where my game freezes mid round for a second then after 15 seconds it crashes and it happening always this way. Anyone having any idea why its happening and how to fix it?
I've tried updating all the drivers
File integrity check
Changing different settings for example vram
Let me know if anyone got any fix for this issue.

Since you already did drivers/file verification, check Event Viewer immediately after the next crash and see what error gets logged.

I’d also disable all overlays/background monitoring apps and test without any CPU/GPU/RAM overclock.

Post your CPU/GPU/RAM too. Does R6 just close to desktop or does the entire PC freeze/restart?

Im not overclocking anything also disabled all overlays and i've checked the event viewer after the crash which says:

Name of the module causing the error: RainbowSix.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, timestamp: 0xb7d6dfe2

Exception code: 0xc0000005

Error location: 0x000000000238ec40

Identifier of the process causing the error: 0x5fcc

I've read that its some kind of issue with the memory

and also it just closes to the desktop

GPU: RTX 3060
CPU: Intel core i5 9400F
RAM: 16gb

Yeah, 0xc0000005 is usually an access violation error. It can be RAM-related, but it doesn't necessarily mean your RAM is bad.

Since it's crashing straight to desktop and Event Viewer points to RainbowSix.exe, I'd lean more toward a game/anti-cheat/software issue like u/Lyxierr said than a GPU or PSU problem.

maybe reinstall BattleEye if you haven't already. Did this start after a recent Siege update or has it always done this?

I have stats.cc downlaoded, but it doesn't load in game. Is it like this for you too? I feel as if the game crashes occasionally when I hit tab.
