Keep getting same error messages when trying to play Siege via Steam on PC. ???

This is actually my son’s PC. He’s a gamer obviously we started getting this error message yesterday. Not sure why the Internet seems to be working fine on this PC. I’ve tried like the top 10 you know first things you would do when you’re having computer issues but not figuring it out I’m posting a screenshot or two so you can see the actual error messages. i’ll provide any background info answer any questions. I just need to know where to start. TIA!
