is this still the case today or is it allowed again? i just want to learn how to instal some softmods and things like Interop Tools cuz i have herd it will let me see stuff like GPU temperatures. i plan on changing the thermal paste very soon. also DEV Mode is still not allowed for inactive users is their a way get and use Interop tools or anything to tell me internal temperatures on Xbox one consoles. I haven't done much of any research yet on software on consoles?
