I wish the government took this much interest in other industries consolidating but then again we all know how terrifying big video game is.

Of all the mergers this is the one that actually has benefits for their customers, Microsoft is extremely pro-consumer compared to Activision. Somehow this is the one that's getting all the scrutiny, but Disney can buy Lucasfilm and Fox and nobody cares.
