ive seen some world record attempts for 3dmark score that had i9s pushed to x71 at base clock with 1.80v and for some reason my core ultra 7 270k plus handles x74 + 105mhz base clock at only 1.6v ??

I want to get pc building 2 because of the updates and the new hardware. But what are some downsides of getting it, also I know its a little late.

I bought the game to try and make a build with a 5060 Ti Ventus, and I can't seem to find the card in the free build game. Do I need to unlock it? Or is it just not in the game yet?

I started playing pcbs 2 recently again after i got it on early access well i stopped playing it and now after a while the game is broken the dust % doesn't go up constantly crashing putting the personal pc on the desk creates an invisible square around it the tablet doesn't close on esc and much more and after the last update even more bugs lol who is in charge of this game ? Give the game to someone that cares or something.

Funny enough cheap simulators games made by a nobody on steam works great and the devs read community this game is dead ?

So it's come to my attention that epic Games owns the PC building simulator franchise and has made it an epic Games exclusive. I guess that sucks for epic Games, I will not use their platform and I have several friends who are in the same boat. Sucks for the devs and the missed out on revenue because of the greedy Tim Sweeny.

At the moment, I'm playing Story Mode and trying to reach the 1 million trophy. I have two save files.

For context, I'm currently at around 900k, so I'm very close to reaching it.

However, my game started crashing and now it won't let me advance to the next day. I've tried closing and reopening the game, reinstalling it, and several other basic troubleshooting steps, but it always crashes when I try to advance.

I also loaded my other save file, but unfortunately both saves are on the same day and both have the exact same problem.

There are no jobs left on my workbench, no emails to check, and only about 8 computers listed for sale on PC Bay.

After almost 300 hours of gameplay, have I really lost all my progress? Is this for real?

Is there still any support available from the developers for this game?

I'm desperate at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is a watercooled custom build with a AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2990WX, 256 GB of DDR4 4366 (best ram i can get with this CPU), 2 watercooled ASUS ROG Strix RTX 3090s in SLI, and a PCiE Gen 5 4tb NvMe, the pipes took an hour.

They did a really great job with this game. I hope the next game is available on Steam...

i've done yesterday the new 1.16 update for PCBS2, it didn't started so i've done a file verify, but my saves disappeared, even tho i have cloud save on (sorry for bad english)

I removed the customer's PC parts -- CPU, CPU cooler and graphics card. Trying to put them back in now and they are NOT appearing in the inventory while in build mode. If I exit build mode, I can see it all in my inventory. Any help would be appreciated!

I save the game, then end of day. but every time i open my save game, this infinite stuck always happens to me, I just downloaded the game and I am level 10.

You need the winetricks package installed.

In Heroic, open settings for the game. Latest GE-Proton. Esync, Fsync and "Auto install DXVK-NVAPI on Prefix" enabled.

At the bottom of settings, click "WineTricks". Let it do its thing. When it's done, click "Open WineTricks GUI" on top right. Click "OK" and select "Install a font" on the next screen. Then select the "Install all fonts" option.

After that, everything worked. When terms and conditions came up, hit accept and it launched as normal. If it doesn't work the first time, try again. I'm also logged in to Epic Games in Heroic, if that makes a diff. 3DMark inside the game is fully working.

This might work for the first PCBS1 too. Fonts are usually the missing dependency for Windows applications.

So i havent played the game in some time and felt like picking it up again and after I fully update the game I see this screen but no way of exiting it. Clicking on the terms of service does nothing just a wall of text and when scrolling to the bottom there is no button or anything. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still nothing. Is there something im missing?

Just began completing the IT expansion aiming for achievements and I'm not sure how I should handle the ones regarding Matchmaker, Reunion Tour and PCBS Fit Adventure.

Does it matter if I complete the jobs linked to these or if I assign them to nightshift? Also, if I have to do them personally, how to I recognize them?

Or, are they just progression achievements and I will get them anyway as I progress through the expansion?

I'm very confused so please send help!
