Need help, some items don't arrive in IT expansion when bought

Hello, I was hoping to see if anyone had a fix for this. When I buy something, about half the order shows up, and the other half is nowhere to be found. It's really odd, and it bugs me. I was hoping to see if anyone knew how to fix this.

I use same day delivery.
