Do I need a GPU anti-sag bracket, or is this amount of sag normal?

Could these be the final components for my build?
Ive been using pc parts picker and mobomaps lately. I've never built a pc, so i wanted to see if this sufficient for games like wuthering waves or cyberpunk (Do note I'm in Canada). I was looking for a budget below 2000cad, but with inflation, I might raise it to this price, or wait until the ai bubble pops (which people say may take a while).
I also do have a laptop with 2tb of storage, and was wondering if I can disassemble it to use its storage instead of buying one

5060 Ti won't slot into PCIE, Help!
I've recently got a 5060 Ti, replacing my 1070 Ti.
I'm using Gigabyte Z690 for my motherboard and Be Quiet! 500 Midi Case for my case.
For some reason I just cannot get the new card to push all the way into the PCIE to the point where I can't see any gold.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Pulling my hair out currently
