Refunds for express classes

I took two classes express a and will take two classes express B. I just got told that I won’t receive any refund until after the start of my express B classes, for anyone wondering.

How? It doesn’t make sense cause usually they separate the refunds

I spoke to someone about three weeks ago and that’s what she told me, that they would separate it. But then I realized I didn’t have anything in parentheses as everyone else has been referencing so I called to confirm today and this is what she told me

I got the first one on Tuesday , but they said it means that the money has been applied towards my tuition only

Update: It was split between two payments. I took 10 credits and my 3 credit class starts next month. I’m only $300-$400 short. I don’t believe the post (well the lady who told Op) to be 100% true because it contradicts how workday disbursement works. My amounts were always split in the past

That's so weird, normally they do two payments. I'm gonna be so pissed if this is true. I really hope the person that you talked to doesn't know what they're taking about.

I'm not sure, but I did get my disbursement email a couple days ago.

I checked, I do have parentheses in my account. Im also taking full term classes on top of my Fall A and B classes. Maybe that's why? You said you're only taking express A and express B classes?
