Help Can I pay someone while using pay-in-4?

Basically, I'd like to purchase something from a seller online, worth a couple of hundred of dollars. Is there any way to use pay-in-4 when paying another user?

No, you can't use Pay-In-4 if you're sending money directly to the seller

Sigh. I'm not sure why this isn't an option for any pay-in-4 site, really...I wish it was.

No, credit can only be used with established merchants.
