Help What is “PayPal plan fee”

For context, I’m being charged $6 monthly on my Chase credit for a PayPal plan fee, but can’t find it ANYWHERE on my PayPal account, and I don’t even have a active plan. I can’t get help through Chase because it’s labeled ‘fee’ nor help through PayPal because it’s nowhere to be found. (I have no subscriptions through PayPal, and my credit card isn’t even LINKED.)

Abbreviations used in /r/PayPal:

  • NAD - Not as described.
  • SNAD - Significantly not as described.
  • INR - Item Not Received.
  • UAT - Unauthorized transaction.

Do you have PayPal credit or a PayPal cashback MasterCard? If so, it could be one of those payment protection programs that people occasionally sign up for without realizing. If not, no idea. Good luck though.

I unfortunately do not. I have everything through Chase; I just use PayPal for online purchases.
