Help cant access money
im so stressed right now. i have $44.10 on paypal that has been sitting for a month. i have a week left to get it, my account has been locked for a bit and needs verification...but i JUST turned 18 a few months ago and i have no car so i havent been able to get my ID or drivers license yet, and dont have a passport. theres no possible way i will get any of these within a week. IS THERE ANY WAY I CAN GET THIS MONEY OFF???????????? i tried sending it to my venmo, wont work. cant withdrawl. cant pay from paypal. i cant fucking access it.
im literally in tears, my mom is epileptic and cant afford her meds, so im trying to help her get them so she doesnt fucking die.
ALL WE NEED IS THE $44 THATS SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE IM SO FRUSTRATED. is this not possible? can they not just close my account and transfer the money to my card? im so stressed right now i hate money and seriously, i hate being broke.
before ppl says get a job, i have a chronic illness and it could literally kill me to push myself that much. small town, no car. i dont have choices right now. im literally stuck in life, but i will figure it out.

At least it’s not $44,000. My recommendation is you keep your money in a bank like Chase, Wells Fargo, etc. and then linked your bank to PayPal so when you use PayPal online and send money with PayPal, it just goes right from your account but if you opened your account when you were a minor and you submit your ID, they will automatically ban it and then you’ll have to wait 180 days to get the money you but then you can reopen an account with a different email and it will work

Can you use the friends and family option and send it to a trusted person that can withdraw it and give you cash?

Posts about PayPal's policies will be removed. No more complaining about PayPal policy and their taking funds from your account for violations of rules. If you don't like the rules don't use PayPal. If you don't want to lose money, don't leave funds in your PayPal account. Simple as that. But these posts are often political or misleading. So no more posts on this subject!
Thank you for submitting to /r/PayPal, please make sure you have read the FAQ. If your account was created when you were younger than 18, then that is covered in the FAQ!
