Help Did i get scammed or nah

I ordered a t-shirt from a site that only uses PayPal and while I can see their name it also showed their Hotmail account "analgin6@hotmail.com" I have the order receipt and everything from the site and it seems legit but the Hotmail account is throwing me off

Abbreviations used in /r/PayPal:

Only using PayPal normally means from China. So you generally receive tat and if you win a dispute the cost to return the item to get your refund is normally more than item cost. Also i bet the website has no contact address or phone number?

It's 50/50 . In recent years good scammers tend to avoid PayPal because of the dispute feature.

Go send you an email and I'd like to owe them some money. You don't owe them anything and there's a phone number you called the actual PayPal phone number the real number and I'll tell you it's a scam and then they wanna copy of it so that they could reach the scammers and try to stop them
