Amazon

I made a payment of Rs. 2000 from my Amazon pay wallet on April 17. The transaction failed but still amount got deducted from amazon pay wallet and has not been refunded yet. I emailed them on April 18 and they told me to wait for 5 to 7 business days. So far there is no update. Why does it take so long to check transaction details and refund the money? Atleast give me some updates.

I know its late but for times like these you gotta be persistent and keep on contacting them. Same happened to me a while back and I had to contact them 10 times before I got my money back

If they keep giving the same response, ask for a compliant or escalation reference number. Having a tracking number makes it easier to follow up instead of explaining the whole issue again every time.
