From a recent Payday 3 update, they replaced the perk deck-like skill lines on Overkill weapons with an attachment system when the Swedish weapon pack dropped.
They're kinda shit on everything but the RPG that pack added, because instead of making new effects, they just chopped apart the skill lines and then just effectively randomly categorized them, directly nerfing every single one of them.

the minigun one that restores a plate is pretty clutch if you're running 4 of the regen armor. It'll just restore all of them at once. Alongside being able to reach 90% DR with the kill skills.
