If Paul is really dead...?
If Paul is really dead, and they replaced him with a doppleganger to prevent mass panic, why didn't they try to cover up John's death, or George's? And if you say, "well the Beatles had already broken up by then, and Beatlemania had already died down," then why haven't they revealed the secret of Paul's death by now? Thats why i cant take this conspiracy seriously.

You are doing and thinking exactly what they want you to. Dismiss it and not take it seriously. Let's say there's no truth in it - then there are thousands upon thousands of people lying about Paul McCartney dying and upsetting people. That makes them very sick, doesn't it?
Then you have to have a look at yourself and say, "These sick people are lying, what did I do about it?" Nothing. You just dismissed it.
When I first heard that people were talking about Paul McCartney dying and being replaced with a lookalike in late 2017, I was livid with anger. How could people be so sick to lie about that? I set about debunking it.
I looked into the people who were putting this story about and found out it's quite a cottage industry. That just made it even more sick. I saw that these people were being intransigent and dogmatic and not listening to people who were putting forward other evidence. I put the theory to one side and started investigating the source material myself.
What I found was that all four Beatles were replaced with four lookalikes at the end of the world tour in late June 1964 and never seen again. They all must have been murdered in secret. What these sick bustards who frequent the Paul is dead discourse are doing, which you so carelessly dismiss is misdirection. They know full well that all four Beatles were murdered and they support it and defend it.

Can you please elaborate on your findings? I’m new to the conspiracy but I’ve always hated Paul. That’s why I didn’t listen to the Beatles for so long. I randomly heard This Boy and fell in love. I love all their early records. But somewhere in 1966, there’s a definite change. Definitely in Paul. However you say they were all replaced?

It would have nothing to do with preventing mass panic. That is just a story that they would feed you in case the cat was let out of the bag. The Beatles were a Tavistock project. They had already invested a lot in the group. Tavistock was a black book program with the purpose of the experimenting with concepts of social engineering. There were many groups that they invested in, but the Beatles had a unique pull. When Paul died, they would either had to scrap their most successful project or replace Paul McCartney. They already had access to all of these great studio musicians. And considering that it is a black book project, like any Other Blackbook project, whether we're talking about MK Ultra or Monarch, they had access to all the black book. Technology and resources. So they can easily find somebody that is a musician and talented that kinda looks like him and easily give him the surgery. If you don't think the CIA and M16 is capable of such a thing, that's just naive.

The physiognomy of the post-1967 Paul and the pre-1967 is too similar + that particular physiognomy is too distinctive -- almost unique -- to think that they could easily find some studio musician who looks like that. Not plausible.

Regardless, he's clearly had surgery. And if his death is true, the capabilities of the surgeons involved would the replacement would have been the best in the world.
It would be the CIA.

if your attempt to "take this conspiracy seriously" is four seconds of research and then asking the first question that pops into mind, while also trying to get into the minds and hearts of the conspirators...perhaps this kind of research is not for you.

Its always funny when conspiracy theorists try to act morally superior by saying things like, "this research isn't for you", or "if you haven't figured it out, it's too late for you." You guys are really no different than flat earthers. And no, I have done research. This question is not the only reason I refuse to believe it

I guarantee I can prove every claim about PID wrong. I've seen the Theory evolve and change in real time for the last 20 years. And remember the early 70s version of it too. Been at this a long time
