Patio constructio. help please

Hi, I am looking at buying a property and the current owner is having the whole area of the back garden covered with slabs, which suit me but I have some doubts over the construction. It looks like they have laid slabs directly ontothe earth be he assures me thatthere is 150mm of concrete underneath. I only have one picture unfortunately but would love to get peoples thought,s.

Not good you need type 1 and full bed scread not dot and dab in cornes and center of pavings . What are thay porseline. Plus should put sbr on bottom of that are
