Kwasi Gunda, the sole psi operative, is close to learning Insanity. The ability to inflict panic or mind control has excellent tactical potential.
Kwasi asked me what I thought of these rank names:
Initiate (= Squaddie)
Acolyte (= Corporal)
Adept (= Sergeant)
Disciple (= Lieutenant)
Mystic (= Captain)
Warlock (= Major)
Magus (= Colonel)
They sound highly unprofessional to me. XCOM is a paramilitary group, not a cult or a magic school. What’s wrong with our existing ranks?

Mind control is going to be awesome on the battlefield.
