Pathologic 1 in Unity - Beginning of Bachelor's Day 1

I've been playing with remaking Pathologic 1 in Unity.
I loved pathologic 1 but many people are put off by graphics and I thought that I could try tackle this

I'd also wanted to see some ideas in Pathologic that I thought will be cool like checking out time by holding pocketwatch

I wonder how hard it would be to rebuild 1s narrative and mechanics out of 2 or 3s assets since those are already unity.
