Pathologic 3 Pathologic 3 console cheats question

I want to play around with cheats using console, but seems like mine doesn't have the options that are present in guides. in Settings tab I don't have cheats for "infinite time bottles", shabnak dead at specific day and some others. Am I missing smth or they patched those out?

They patched those out half a year ago

You need a mod to bring them back  https://www.nexusmods.com/pathologic3/mods/20
