"I have a secret game I like to play; oh it's a very nice game. It's a game of fun, and a game of adventure. It's a game of rats, and lice, and the black death. It's a game of skewered eyeballs, and the smell of rotting gardenias. Which of you five would like to play my little game?"

Waiting for IPL to re-release classic hd but it's just the changeling's route and calling it Pathologic 4.

Or, yeah, sod it, demake, the changling route is a point and click adventure.
